Supervision

Supervision is a time to develop the necessary skills and practice of counseling to protect one's clients and become a competent practitioner. My approach to supervision follows the Developmental Model, which adjusts for and to the level of expertise of the supervisee. As a clinical supervisor, I am here to help you gain insight and knowledge in a safe and supportive environment that allows you to be accountable while learning.

Corporate & Non-Profit Staff Mental Health Support

I provide group support/psychoeducation to organizations coping with the pandemic and the impact on the physical body, work/life balance, stress-inducing current events, boundaries, and any other issues that may be impacting their mental wellbeing, and morale. I also provide staff with an opportunity to express themselves in a confidential space.  The 1:1 sessions will provide Brief Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to assist staff with highlighting their ability to solve problems, their capacity to navigate recent traumatic or distressing events, and their capability to cope with any residual stress they may be experiencing as a result.
