Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. I am passionate about mental health and committed to educating, empowering and supporting my clients in their quest to gain mental wellness. My professional, educational and training experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with people from diverse populations. After several years of providing groups, individual, and couples therapy at a non-profit organization I made the decision to transition my expertise into the private practice sector. I believe that through building a strong therapeutic alliance and being present for those I serve, the optimal environment is created for change, growth and healing.
